FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
Muzzle brakes need to be fitted with the utmost precision as the projectile travels through them outside the barrel and if done poorly, can destroy the rifle's accuracy.
Done correctly they can tame the recoil forces of your rifle and enable you to stay on target to spot your own fall of shot for a target shooter or for a rapid follow up shot if necessary for the hunter.
The fine threads used for muzzle brakes can also be compatible with some sound moderators and it is often prudent to acquire a moderator at the same time as a muzzle brake. If the barrel is not already threaded, these devices need to be proofed after fitting for safety reasons.
Please see the section on threading here for the full details.
